Odoo is looking for one highly motivated and proactive Event & Content Officer to help us organize Odoo Webinars (80%) and Odoo Roadshows (20%) focused on the Indian region.
On one hand, as an Event Officer, you will provide operational support and coordinate all activities related to the organization of our Roadshow events but also other events organized at the office. Please note that this is only a small part of your job. You will definitely be organizing events, but you will be the main support to help the events teams members.
On the other hand, as a Content Officer, you'll provide original content to promote Webinars, Roadshows, and our product. We always welcome new ideas and innovative thinking. Because you'll master the product, you will create engaging content, marketing-wise, to attract people to view our Webinars or attend our Roadshows. This is the main part of your job.
This position is both creative and rigorous, by nature you need to think outside the box. To be successful, you will have solid organisational and written skills, a passion for writing, and a good knowledge of our innovative software and customer success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise Webinars
- Find the subjects and set up the schedule
- Organise meetings with different departments, get the information
- Create engaging content for Odoo event pages, mass mails and other relevent activities
- Manage marketing campaigns
- Follow-up customers interests
- Odoo Corporate Roadshows
- Participate in other marketing projects
Must Have
- Perfect written & spoken English
- Highly creative, autonomous, enthusiastic
- Business knowledge and willingness to learn more about business
- Solution-oriented & organisational skills
- Strong interest in IT and our Software
- Passion for writing
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in marketing, event or communication).
- Experience in Marketing or Event
- Can easily adapt to a changing environment
- Business mindset: attention to details, curious, rigorous
- Be familiar with Studio tools: OBS
