Julien Stocq's career is marked by a dynamic journey of over two decades, showcasing his diverse experience and leadership in various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at KPMG Belgium, he holds two critical roles: overseeing the alliance with Odoo and leading KPMG's activities in the Wallonia region.
Before joining KPMG, Julien's previous role was as the Managing Director at ULB Dev', a company fully owned by the Université Libre de Bruxelles. During his tenure, he crafted a forward-looking strategy focused on monetizing and creating value from deep tech and knowledge generated at ULB. This included IP transfer, spin-off creation, and innovation services. He was also responsible for managing relationships with venture capitalists, incubators, and spin-offs.
Julien spent a significant part of his career at PwC Belgium, where he served in various capacities, including Partner in Experience Consulting, Digital & Innovation, and Partner in Tax Technology. He played a pivotal role in advising clients on digital transformation and innovation strategies.
Julien's professional journey also includes roles at ProCapital, Ineum Consulting, Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing, and Ethias Bank, where he gained extensive experience in project management, financial services, and risk management.
Throughout his career, Julien has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster innovation in a variety of sectors, making him a respected leader with a rich and diverse background.
