He’s an accomplished technology leader with international, start-up and Fortune 100 experience, and was an early player in the FinTech world. He started his career with McKinsey, advising banks on digital transformation strategies. He was also part of the early team at E-LOAN, which introduced the first consumer online lending platform, where he lead the international business. As a digital pioneer and lifelong innovator, he launched one of the first ecommerce sites at Netscape and subsequently helped bring Microsoft to the Cloud by launching OfficeLive.
He earned his MBA from Harvard and his passion for technology led him to Cornell where he earned a B.S. in electrical engineering.
Sam lives in Newport Beach, California with his wife Karen, and their sons Jamie (16) and Benny (14) who keep him on the cutting edge of all things digital.
The purpose of our presentation is to enlighten the audience about the substantial scope and significance of B2B payments and how adding B2B payments solutions to Odoo is key to any successful digital transformation. In the United States alone, B2B payments surpass $40 trillion annually. Furthermore, we'll explore how the integration of seamless AP automation elevates the overall value of the Odoo solution for our customers and helps Odoo partners earn more revenue.
During a brief product demonstration, we will showcase the exciting new attributes of CoreChain Pay for Odoo. This demonstration will underscore how clients can swiftly onboard new vendors, enable a full range of B2B payment methods, and simultaneously combat fraud while enhancing productivity through our user-friendly solution.
Our discussion will encompass a comprehensive overview of diverse payment modes—ranging from eChecks and ACH to Enhanced ACH and virtual cards, including digital and tokenized asset payments. CoreChain Pay is built on a foundation of distributed ledger technology, a framework trusted by global banks for enterprise blockchain payments. In addition, we will touch on the promising future of stable coins and real-time payments (RTP), explaining how their integration into Odoo deployments provides partners a substantial competitive edge.
Moreover, we will delve into the CoreChain business model, which rewards Odoo partners through a distinctive revenue-sharing mechanism. This model creates new revenue streams, extending beyond traditional licenses and service fees, encompassing a "share of revenue" payment transaction framework. Our paramount message to the audience will emphasize how CoreChain Pay is engineered to expedite the sales process, fostering customer engagement, and significantly reducing churn rates.
